Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Siempre Artistry website, application, inquiry forms, proposals, client portal, and related services.
By using these services, the user agrees to these Terms and any separately signed service agreement.
If a signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the signed agreement controls for that specific booking.
Services
Siempre Artistry provides bridal hair, makeup, special-event beauty services, consultations, previews, scheduling, proposal management, client communication, and related services.
Specific services, pricing, staffing, timing, travel, cancellation terms, and payment obligations are defined in the applicable proposal and signed agreement.
Inquiries and Proposals
Submitting an inquiry does not create a confirmed booking.
A proposal:
- Is based on the information available when prepared
- May include an expiration date
- May be updated if services, event details, pricing, staffing, or availability change
- Does not reserve the event date unless Siempre Artistry expressly confirms a temporary hold
Expired proposals may remain viewable but cannot be accepted unless reactivated or replaced.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when all required conditions are satisfied:
- Proposal accepted
- AND
- Agreement signed
- AND
- Required payment received and verified
Until all conditions are complete, availability is not guaranteed and the requested date is not considered fully booked.
Payments
Deposits, retainers, balances, due dates, payment methods, refunds, and late-payment terms are governed by the applicable proposal and signed agreement.
Third-party payment providers may have additional terms and privacy practices.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation, rescheduling, service reduction, travel, early-start, staffing, and related policies are governed by the signed agreement and applicable addenda.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact and event information
- Reviewing proposals and agreements
- Meeting payment deadlines
- Communicating material changes promptly
- Providing safe and timely access to the service location
- Following preparation instructions
- Ensuring that submitted information for other service recipients is authorized and accurate
Electronic Communications
Clients agree that Siempre Artistry may communicate electronically through:
- Text message
- Client portal
- Electronic agreements
- Online proposals
- Website or application notifications
Electronic records and signatures may be used where legally permitted.
SMS Terms
By affirmatively opting in and providing a mobile phone number, clients agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Siempre Artistry concerning:
- Inquiries
- Proposals
- Agreements
- Booking confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Payment updates
- Scheduling changes
- Customer support

- Copy, scrape, or exploit protected business content
- Impersonate another person
- Use the services for unlawful purposes
Intellectual Property
Siempre Artistry branding, website content, proposal designs, application interfaces, text, graphics, and business materials are owned by or licensed to Siempre Artistry and may not be reproduced without authorization.
Availability and Technology
Siempre Artistry may update, maintain, suspend, or modify website or application features.
Siempre Artistry does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of third-party platforms, internet services, email systems, SMS providers, payment processors, or hosting services.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Siempre Artistry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website, application, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms limits obligations that cannot legally be limited.
